The Pre-4 Entrance Exam is based on Jean Piaget’s stages of cognitive development and is designed to look at, through hands-on activities, the child as a whole by assessing their social and emotional development, as well as their motor and cognitive and intellectual development. It is not an academic based test, but rather a way to observe and document their social and emotional readiness, their gross and fine motor abilities, and their logic and reasoning skills.
يستند امتحان دخول صفّ الروضة الأولى، على نظريّة جان بياجيه. فهو ليس باختبار، بل وسيلة لمعرفة مدى استعداد الطفل لدخول صفّ الروضة الأولى، من خلال ممارسته لمختلف الأنشطة التي تظهر مراحل التطوّر الاجتماعيّ ، العاطفيّ، الحركيّ، المعرفيّ، والذهنيّ لديه.
