Mr. Ali Saleh Al Fadala
Senior Deputy Group President & CEO

He joined QIC in 1986 and has over than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. In 2010, Mr. Alfadala was appointed as CEO of Damaan Islamic Insurance Company (Beema), an entity of the QIC Group and assumed responsibility to further grow and raise the profile of Takaful and the newly founded establishment. Owing to his visionary foresight, in 2013, he was appointed as the Senior Deputy Group President & CEO of the QIC Group and was elected as a Board Member for various entities within the Group (e.g. Q Life and Medical Company, Qatar Re – Bermuda.QIC Europe Limited in Malta ,Qatar Re Zurich –, Antares – UK, QIC International-Dubai, Oman, Kuwait Qatar Insurance Company – KQIC) -. More recently, he has been appointed as a Board member in Commercial Bank of Qatar (CBQ) representing QIC. Mr. Alfadala is also a member of the executive committee in Gulf Insurance Federation (UAE).

Mr. Omar Abdulla Al-Misned

Mr. Omar Abdulla Al Misnad has started his career as Project Engineer of Qatar Petroleum in 1996 and joined RasGas Company Limited in 2000 as Maintenance Engineer. Prior to his appointment as RasGas, Chief Management Services Officer (CMSO) in December 2015, he has directed significant accomplishments, including establishing solid processes and best practices while developing talents within his team.

Mr. Al Misnad has 20 years' experience in the energy industry in a variety of key leadership roles including in construction and engineering, business development and commercial negotiations, and the operations and maintenance of LNG and power plants.

Mr. Al Misnad is also a Member of Al Shaheen GE Services Company Board of Directors and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Oklahoma, U.S.A.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Mohannadi

Dr. Ahmed Al-Mohannadi graduated from Qatar University in 1991 and started teaching in Primary School in Qatar as a PE teacher. By the year 1998 he graduated Summa cum Laude in Arizona State University Tempe, Arizona holding the Masters degree on Science Secondary Education. During his course on master's degree he also taught as a PE teacher in Preparatory school in Phoenix, Arizona after which he came back teaching in Preparatory school to Qatar for a year.  And on August 2004 he earned his Doctorate on Physical Education at Brunel University London UK.

With his doctorate degree Dr. Al-Mohannadi had a longtime experience in teaching at Qatar University including coaching and playing football after which he engaged himself in the field of sports media. In the year 2005, Dr. Al-Mohannadi was appointed as the Editor in-Chief of Estad Al-Doha, an Arabic sports magazine concentrated on football and Doha Stadium; Plus, the first English sports weekly in Doha, vastly increasing its circulation in the Middle East and beyond. After working as the Editor in Chief of Arabic and English Sports magazine, Dr. Al-Mohannadi became the General Manager and considered generally as the man who established ASPIRE Printing press and is responsible for the success of ASPIRE Printing, Publishing and Distribution. ASPIRE PPD is the latest member of Aspire Zone family making its mark in Qatar, being the biggest printing press in Doha today, introducing the latest technology in the field of printing. With the success mounting and Aspire’s reputation unblemished, Dr. Al-Mohannadi also served as a sports presenter in Abudhabi Sports Channel making his own mark in the field of television. He has presented his ideologies in sports like no other Qatari local can and displayed his loyalty to his country.

Ms. Aina Naser Ahmed Alobaidan

Ms. Aina Naser Ahmed Alobaidan graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Botany/Chemistry from the Faculty of Science, Qatar University in 1986.  She is currently an Expert at H.E. office since March 2006.  In this capacity Ms. Aina chaired several screening committees such as: The Screening Panel of the Hamadan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance; The Outstanding School Screening Committee of the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani Award (The Scientific Excellence Day); and the screening committees formed to set up the regional and international report (UNESCO).  In addition Ms. Alobaidan held the position of the Councils’ Coordinator with The Arab Educational Office of the Gulf States and the GCC Secretariat.  She joined the Ministry of Education in August 2006.  Prior to these responsibilities she was an elementary school science teacher.  In addition, Miss Alobaidan held the position of Elementary School Science Subject Supervisor and has contributed to the evaluation and improvement of the Gulf States joint curriculum (Science and Mathematics) that were developed by the Educational Center in Kuwait.  Ms. Aina also held the position of Director of the School Evaluation Unit and was responsible for evaluating school against international standards in cooperation with OFSTED (UK).
